The IKT Guiding Principles Partnership has received funding from several sources:
- The co-development, co-implementation, and co-evaluation of the principles was primarily supported by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Partnership Development Grant (F18-05370)
- Our current work to understand and support best Practices for meaningful engagement in spinal cord injury research is supported by a a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Partnership Development Grant( no. 890-2022-0131).
- Our partnership received two Canadian Institutes of Health Research Institute of Institute of Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis (CIHR-IMHA) Research Excellence Prizes in the areas of 1) Team Science (no. 495732) and 2) Research Impact (no. 495732).
- Dr. Gainforth received a Michael Smith Health Research BC Scholar Award to support her work in advancing the science of integrated knowledge translation (Formerly MSFHR, Canada, F17-05296).
- Data sources informing the development of the principles were funded through an ICORD Seed Grant and UBC Humanities and Social Sciences Research Grant (F18-03646).
